Tai Chi with Frank
Are you in search of something to relax your mind and promote health, happiness, and longevity? Come and learn the ancient art of Wu Tai Chi.  Achieve a supreme state of calm and mindfulness while strengthening your whole body. Tai Chi is the ultimate form of mind, body, and spirit training. This class is open to all levels of experience, ages, and styles of Tai Chi and will focus on form training, push hands skills, and internal integration of spirit and intention. In addition, you will learn Tai Chi principles and proper practice to attain high-level skills.

Kick the (Sugar) Cube to the Curb with Heather
All over the news you see that sugar is bad for us, but, do you truly know just how much sugar you are really consuming a day? How many cubes of sugar might be hiding in your fancy cup of Joe?
 
This class is a hands on “A-HA!” presentation dedicated to visually identifying how much sugar we consume and how to reduce or eliminate your sugar habit with quick easy strategies that are easily sustainable

How to get a Grip on Stress with Denise
Over time, chronic stress can lead to serious health problems. The more we know about the reasons we feel stress, the better we can fight it! This class will teach you how to react to stressors better, so your body won’t always be on high alert. You will take home a wide range of tools to help you reset your body’s “alarm system” and improve your life and health!
