After learning about the lifestyle upgrades to improve happiness, participants will choose strategies that would work in their life and then, with the help of a class participant, will choose two of their top strategies to implement.

Heartburn, Bloating, Gas, Burping, Cramping, IBS, etc. are all related to problems with digestion, and none of them are normal! Did you know that digestion is probably the single most important part of nutrition? You can eat all of the organic kale and wild-caught Alaskan salmon that you want, but if your digestion isn’t working, you won’t absorb all of the amazing nutrients in the foods that you are eating. This class will teach you the steps to healthy digestion from the brain all the way to elimination and what you can do improve your digestion at each step.

Benefits to be discussed are not just physical changes, i.e. weight loss, but also and more importantly, the affects whole food eating has on behavior, mood, immunity, and learning.

Is Inflammation to Blame for your Weight Gain, Achy Joints, and Chronic Fatigue? With Kelly

Inflammation is a natural process, but when it gets out of control in the body, it can cause or contribute to most chronic diseases to include obesity, arthritis, and depression. This class will teach you what inflammation-causing foods to avoid and the foods to eat that fight inflammation in the body. You’ll also learn about lifestyle behaviors that contribute to inflammation and simple lifestyle changes you can make to reduce inflammation. And, most importantly, you’ll sample some delicious, anti-inflammatory foods and practice inflammation-reducing techniques to get you feeling better ASAP!

We will ask questions to gain clarity for the what and whys in our lives, and then create some tangible, attainable HOWs so we can get there. Everything starts with a clear vision of what you want. Take some time and dig in, with some compelling questions and conversation in this intimate and inspiring vision journal workshop, a combination of vision-boarding, journal-ing, scrapbooking, and sketch booking.
