|I am replacing my daily vitamin with Ultra Clear and I continue to use that to make a smoothie for breakfast. I am also MUCH more mindful of what goes into the food I am eating (e.g., reading labels).
Knowledge is power! Post-detox, I continue to avoid the temptation of soda and red meat (yay, me!). But that's not to say I don't miss a good soda every once in a while :))!
