With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and self-care advocate, Nicole has helped hundreds of clients successfully achieve their wellness goals.  Recognizing that no two bodies are the same, she takes a highly prioritized approach to care, drawing from training in more than 10 massage and therapeutic modalities to create a customized solution for each client.  Her diverse skill set allows her to support clients through a wide range of needs, from acute and chronic pain management to the unique challenges of fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.  She is deeply committed to helping clients experience the many restorative benefits massage therapy has to offer and feels grateful every day to work in a profession she truly loves.

Nicole studied massage therapy at the Ben Benjamin Muscular Therapy Center in Massachusetts after completing studies in Health Psychology in college.  Throughout her career, she has worked in wellness centers, fertility clinics and personal fitness studios, while also building lasting relationships with private clients over the years.  She is excited to join the team at Holistic Health Associates and looks forward to helping clients achieve their individual health and wellness goals.
