The Office Assistant position is best suited for a friendly, energetic, and reliable individual!  A great candidate would be someone who takes initiative to provide above and beyond service, has great sense of urgency, pep in their step, and desire to get stuff done!  They also need to work well with others and be a team player. This is a physical job so the candidate must be able to be on their feet and go up and down stairs throughout the entirety of their shift.   

Position responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting acupuncture and massage tables, rooms, bathrooms, public areas, computers, etc. according to COVID guidelines 
  • Laundry maintenance according to COVID guidelines
  • Inventory
  • Stocking
  • Housekeeping
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting Managers, Front Desk staff, and Practitioners 

In addition, the following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Sense of Urgency 
  • Dependable
  • Organized 
  • Multi-tasker
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Physically able to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift
  • Schedule flexibility, days, evenings, and Saturdays required.

This is a part-time position (15-30 hrs/week) starting at minimum wage. The position includes one free massage or acupuncture session per month, 40% off products, and a friends and family discount!
