Kristi has called Frederick home, sweet home since the early 90s, and loves its people and culture as much today as when she first arrived.  Believing health is about the whole person, you can often find her enamored over her stash of essential oils and natural cleaning products, as well as her homemade fermented goodies in her kitchen.

Kristi has worn many hats across diverse industries, but her true passion lies in making people feel seen, heard and appreciated.  At home, her tribe includes her husband, three kids, two dogs and three cats, as well as pigs, ducks and chickens in her homestead. 

When she is not tending to her family, Kristi can be found lost in the pages of a good book or indulging in a cup of coffee.  Starting in August, you will find her watching one of her beloved Hallmark Christmas movies.  She is also a DIY enthusiast and loves organization.
