Lauren always had an interest in the medical field and knew her purpose was to help and heal people.  She earned her Medical Assisting Certification during high school and at the Career and Technology Center in Frederick.  During the pandemic, she quickly became interested in holistic wellness, metaphysics, and herbal medicine.  She spent most of her time in quarantine researching the power of the mind and how we can use natural elements to heal the symptoms of the mind and body. 

Lauren enjoys meditating, journaling, exercising, traveling and sitting with nature and self-reflecting.  She hopes to eventually find her path within the holistic field and begin offering services at HHA.
