Luz was born in Puerto Rico and came to the United State at the age of 13. She has been married to her wonderful husband Joel for 24 years and has 22-year-old twins Michelle and Joel.  Luz loves to spend time with her family and loves to cook.  She enjoys taking a recipe and making it her own.  

After experiencing some health issues of her own, Luz has opted to change her lifestyle and eating habits and focus on a wellness and holistic approach.  She is excited to join the Holistic Health team and looks forward to helping others in their health journey.
