Tammie is a licensed massage therapist and Bodywork Instructor with more than 14 years of experience helping clients achieve better health, mobility, and overall well-being through personalized therapeutic care.  She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where each session is tailored to the individuals' unique needs and wellness goals.

Committed to excellence, Tammie continually expands her knowledge through advanced training and education, ensuring her clients receive the highest quality care.  Her specialties include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Adolescent and Pediatric Massage, Foot Reflexology, and assisted stretching techniques. 

Outside the treatment room, Tammie enjoys spending quality time with her family and embracing an active lifestyle.  Whether she's hiking, tubing, cycling, or relaxing at the beach, she values movement and balance in everyday life.  As a certified indoor cycling instructor, she also enjoys motivating others to prioritize their health and fitness and is currently pursuing her group fitness certification.
