Born and raised in Maryland, Zaria McCain returned to her home state in 2024 after living in Oregon, bringing along her energetic 8-year-old son. A proud member of both Filipino and African-American communities, Zaria places wellness and balance at the center of her life.

Joining Holistic Health Associates of Frederick with a strong background in customer service, Zaria is committed to creating a welcoming, stress-free check-in and check-out experience for every client. In her free time, she enjoys building intricate Lego creations, painting, hiking through nature, and relaxing on river-floating adventures.
