Holistic Health Associates recognizes being closed does not stop your need for herbs or even a consultation about your health.  We are pleased to offer this service via Zoom to our patients.  This will allow us to offer you advice and continue to help you guide your care remotely.  Please review the information below for more information on our tele-medicine service.

What to expect

We are offering a 30 minute consultation with one of our practitioners.  The consultation will take place via a Zoom call so that we can utilize their encrypted system and offer you a secure contact.   

Is your office open on an emergency basis?

We are here for you! Please call our office anytime.  While our office is closed, we are still monitoring our phone lines and voicemail messages daily! We also have small window hours for limited contact, pick-up herbal refills, by appointment only.

Are you available to help me by phone through telemedicine or virtual consultation?

Our patients are the heart of our business.  We are dedicated to helping you.  Please call our office and we’d be happy to make an appointment to offer our consultation.  We can guide you through self-healing techniques and make recommendations for your health.

How are we assisting patients affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?

We know many of our patients are taking financial hits and we would like to do what we can to soften that.  Other than being available by phone and virtual consultation to help guide your health, we are planning to give our patients specials when our office opens again.  Stay tuned!

  • Insurance regulations around tele-medicine are currently dynamic.  We will make every attempt to help you get reimbursement for the session.  This process could take as much as 6 months due to the influx of insurance claims.
  • Cost is $75 for a 30min session.
  • Please remit payment before requesting your appointment. Once payment and request is received, we will be in contact you to schedule your appointment date and time.
